The 12th edition of the Global Tech Summit (GTS) officially opened its doors at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre on October 15, 2024, with a keynote address by Singapore’s Minister for Communications and Information, Ms. Grace Fu. The three-day event focuses on "Sustainable Digital Transformation: Bridging Innovation and Impact," featuring 150+ exhibitors, 40 panel discussions, and live demonstrations of emerging technologies.

Industry Leaders Weigh In

"Sustainability is no longer an option—it’s the foundation of responsible innovation," said Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, during a fireside chat. "We’re committing to carbon-negative data centers by 2030 and investing $1 billion in green tech startups through our Climate Innovation Fund."

Dr. Jane Goodall, renowned environmentalist and GTS honorary guest, emphasized the human impact: "Technology must serve people and the planet. Initiatives like CarbonTrack Pro and GreenNode prove that innovation can be both profitable and purpose-driven."
